The OE Project was developed within technical, human, and environmental processes that support the house’s design and generates an interdisciplinary project (Architecture and Engineering) that satisfies Ecuador’s national policies of construction.

The main goal of the project is to endow the victims of the Earthquake with a permanent house, honouring the reality and dynamic of the places where they come from.

The design of the OE Project takes into consideration the environmental factors to which the place is exposed to. It proposes to make use of building material that has low impact to the place where the house is located and that can be found within a close perimeter of the construction area so that the local economy also takes part of the process.
